The Library was established in March 2021. It is still in the setup process aiming to become the experience center in line with the Hospital plan and focus. The small library with 1,174 sq. ft. is located on the 3rd floor above the medical gallery and can be seen from the hospital lobby.

Currently, the library provides common services and facilities such as a self-service kiosk machine, book drop machine, computer lab, which consists of 21 computers, 1 multimedia room , 3 discussion rooms, 1 meeting room, 15 seats for a reading area, and 4 single seat sofa at the leisure area.

Two interactive kiosks also provided a digital platform for borderless information. The complimentary side of the library was the outdoor balcony where users can sit and view the scenery. The library aimed to accomplish the planning by providing a more interesting feature that can attract users to come to the library.
